I wanted to go, and discover more than sitting in the class and listening to my professor's vintage lectures. someday, i know i ll be more open to it making more ways to save for it. this is the conference that i wanted to attend, http://www.natprod.org/ if any would be interested from your group. but may be ill attend to it next year. the topics are so interesting that i also wanted to learn about it. but then, i can t go at this moment. thank you and God Bless..Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11824853487080745617noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4380733575762269367.post-72024637960367210072012-05-22T08:19:36.387-07:002012-05-22T08:19:36.387-07:00Spurred by good food, if I remember correctly. I prefer giving posters to talks because it gives more breathing room for questions, and more opportunities to make sure I know my own research :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4380733575762269367.post-46378835249266564002012-05-19T19:38:32.204-07:002012-05-19T19:38:32.204-07:00STIMULATION:-

New techniques appear particularly frequently in molecular genetics, and you can sometimes learn a new trick or more economic method that isn't yet in use in your lab. You can often come back refreshed and revitalised.

Graham WallisGraham Wallishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17602554329309751506noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4380733575762269367.post-62106083109031423972012-05-19T10:51:39.693-07:002012-05-19T10:51:39.693-07:00I recall you suggesting something very similar, to...I recall you suggesting something very similar, too, so thank YOU for starting the conversation!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03212628642283844865noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4380733575762269367.post-36684300570875008262012-05-19T10:51:12.810-07:002012-05-19T10:51:12.810-07:00Thanks! The most important aspect of most conferences is the opportunity to disseminate your work, meanwhile benefiting from instant feedback and the opportunity to discuss new ideas/collaborations with other researchers in a "leisurely" way. But, if we are not able to attend a conference of interest (for a variety of reasons) or we miss talks (particularly at larger conferences with many concurrent sessions), having access to taped versions of presentations would, in my opinion, be a boon to the field. Glad to see this conversation started!ALGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17841002325048143434noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4380733575762269367.post-80174784518420934182012-05-19T09:56:59.377-07:002012-05-19T09:56:59.377-07:00Offering the most relevant, up-to-date research fr...Offering the most relevant, up-to-date research from the leading researchers and experts in our country to everyone with access to a computer is a fabulous and inspired idea!!!!
